14 Day Return Policy

  • Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any product purchased from AmericasMobile.com . The return period will expire 14 days after the goods are received or collected.
  •  Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. 
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable. 
  • Return Process:
    • Contact our customer support for return requests at support@americasmobile.com
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
    • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
    • Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Ship the item as directed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service. 
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service. 
  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
